Please note that all purchases made on ORVAYA are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Exceptions

Returns or refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• The product received is completely damaged during transit
• The wrong product has been delivered

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details for verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Approval

If a refund request is approved after verification, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
